Awesome Song and Band
-
I'm not usually one to add videos to my blog, I'm more a pictures / photos kinda girl. However, I just HAD TO post a link to this awesome band. Check out Bring Me Home by Square Attic!
Out walking last month I came across numerous bridges. To be expected, as I was walking in an area with lots of little streams and rivers, an area that attracts many who want to enjoy nature and 'the outdoors' without having to go very far. There's something about bridges that speaks to me, something that draws me to them. Standing on a bridge looking down, watching the world below go by, it can feel as if the world below is separate from the world above that I am in. Which bridge one stands on makes little difference - whether it is people and cars passing down below or ducks and boats, the feeling remains the same. Many of the images turned out blurry or unclear, either because the birds were too fast or I was too slow. A bit of both, if you ask me. The blurry photos look something like this... There's something about those blurry images that makes me smile... Birds being birds, perhaps. I'll show some of the non-blurry images in the ...
Even though taking photos or posting Photo Challenges hasn't been on my priority list lately, there is something about a misty morning that is hard to resist. Knowing that the sun is shining behind the 'smokescreen' and waiting for that perfect moment when whatever you're taking photos of looks just right in the light... Here's one of the photos I took last Sunday. Isn't our world beautiful, stunning and amazing?!
